Side seal bag machine adopts advanced PLC programmer, and all-digital AC servo driver, AC servo motor, pre-set length. Operation panel is all Chinese display menu and human-computer interface. In industrial automation control, it is the most advanced control technology at present and is very prospecting in the future.
Easy to adjust: When need to change the cutting length or speed or change between printed bags and unprinted bags, there is no need to make mechanical adjustment, not only save time, but also time reduce waste.
High efficiency: Can be up to 150 cuts/min.
Accurate length: All bags are almost the same length. Computerized control accuracy is: 0.1 mm
Maintenance-free: Because brake does not rely on mechanical friction, it is not easy to wear and tear.
Easy operation: Take mm as length unit, just directly input number to set cutting length is enough.
Counting display function: It can display bag numbers of each stack, total number accumulation, total number countdown, quantity per minute.
