This machine is specialized for T-shirt bag making, with in line punching. It is developed from Taiwan design and well tested very stable and reliable. Main motor is controlled by V. F. Drive. Capacity is 1.5kw. Minitor is controlled by liquid crystal touch screen. Very big capacity for high speed process of internal parameter setting. Display languages are Chinese and English to shift between. The pull motor is controlled by servo drive. The automatic puncher employed double cylinders with a pressure stroke of 15mm. The pressure may reach 3tons. Mechanic hand for automatic bag clump. Double flat conveys for bag conveying to insure easy bag out feed. Double Germany SICK photocells. High efficiency and zero trouble. Unwinding is controlled by variable frequency motor. It is of active feeding. Electrical parts in the cabinet are all of famous domestic trade marks.
