Screw and barrel are of unique design and made of high-quality alloy steel, so applicable for smelting high-viscosity material. Better the plasticizing, higher the film quality. Advanced automatic temperature control system can accurately control the plasticizing and adjust the film thickness and smoothness.
All motors are V. F speed controlled, endurable, power saving, sensitive and accurate. Users can choose automatic gluing, automatic cutting and inline recycling and other devices to reduce cost. This machine group is applicable for producing stretch film and cling film.
We provide single-screw, two-screws and three-screws PE Stretch Film Extrusion Machine. Following is the specification of two-screws models:
