This machine is specially for producing outer package of banana through melting LDPE resin and then mixing it with butane gas, talcum powder, anti-shrinkage agents and other agents, then, the mixed material come out through the extruder and foam in the die part, then cool down and form, finally, it is rewinded by propeller strut flattening over-turn type rewinder. This machine adopts nitrated alloy screw, V. F. Speed-regulation, cast aluminum heating ring, and automatic temperature controller, etc.
