1. The whole machine control employed an industrial computer for central control. Automatic Chinese display. Top International level.

2. The main console is a human-computer interface of a color monitor. It may easily display all control data and working states and historical graphics. Plenty of functions.

3. The system has functions of transverse and longitudinal automatic inspection and control. Registration can be controlled both manually and automatically. It realized automatic pre-substrate alignment, slow memory alignment, automatic high speed alignment, and real-time display of actual inspection value and the system's working states.

4. Highly sensitive photocell is well chosen, applicable for many base materials. Compensation system consists of stepping motors, precise gearbox, ball bearing assembly, etc.

5. The machine adopts 4-section tension for automatic control and main motor coordinated drive.

6. Acceleration and deceleration can be controlled by other switches and speed is automatically controlled. Tension and speed control is coordinated controlled, so registration is stable when accelerate or decelerate.

7. Unwinding to in-feeding system employed automatic tension control. It includes two driving motors, two frictionless cylinder assembly, tension sensors and vector motors closed loop system, to be controlled the computer.

8. The out-feeding and rewinding system applied automatic tension control. It includes frictionless cylinder assembly, out-feeding motor, rewinding motor, tension sensor, all closed loop vector drivers, to be controlled by the computer.

9. Both unwinder and rewinder employed overturn turrets with 2 working posts. The material is loaded by coreless type pneumatic conic.

10. Both unwinding and rewinding systems adopted web exchange pre-drive and automatic cutting device to ensure high speed splicing without stopping the machine.

11. Printing stations employed a highly accurate transmission system and advanced coreless imposition device.

12. Impression rollers and doctor blade employed pneumatic operation, and have functions of transverse scrapping and oil automatically circulating.

13. The drying chamber is well closed and pneumatic opening; Steam heating or electricity heating is at request and temperature is automatic inspected. Heat quantity is automatically controlled by the servo system.

14. Main transmission consists of inverter motor, imported V. F. Closed loop driver, flexible transmission system and printing unit's ink dipping type accurate gearbox. Reliable control, power saving and low noise.

15. Imported light aluminum guiding rollers and low frictional bearings.

16. Tension, speed, registration, rewinding and pneumatic systems are all controlled by the central computer.
